「NODE」は結び目や集合点を意味する言葉です。熱量的な濃度も意味し、オーナーたちの名前の頭文字にもなっています。
このプロジェクトのコンセプトは、人々の間、古いものと新しいもの、食べ物とおもてなしの間などを集合させ、結ぶことです。
ビストロNODEは、40年以上前の建物の1階に位置しています。少し古いものと新しいものを混ぜ合わせ、私達PRISMDESIGNは元のコンクリートの壁、古い木製の柱、扉をそのまま使ってし、路地からの日光が入るように空間を開放することで、お客様を温かく歓迎する雰囲気にしようとしました。一般的に仕上げで使うことのない建材を多く用いることでコストを抑えています。
バーエリアの上に置かれたボードは、その日のメニューを示し、顧客とのコミュニケーションツールとなります。
The word "NODE" means "knot" or "meeting point. It also means a calorific concentration and is the first letter of the owners' name.
The concept of this project is to assemble and connect between people, between the old and the new, between food and hospitality.
Bistro NODE is located on the first floor of a building that is over 40 years old. Mixing the old with the new a bit, we at PRISMDESIGN tried to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests by using the original concrete walls, old wooden columns, and doors as they are, and opening up the space to allow sunlight from the alley to enter. The cost was kept down by using many building materials that are not typically used for finishes.
A board placed above the bar area indicates the day's menu and serves as a communication tool with customers.
